Hi, My daughter (22 years) and I are on this cruise too. This will be the first time for us so very excited (and trying to ignore all the negative posts!!!) The age doesn't worry me(I am 53 going on "much younger" - who IS that person reflected in that mirror!!!) and older people are usually great fun.

We have just arrived back from the med on the Balmoral, {see photos Lucy and Mikes Rocks n Ruins} age group 45 to 80 the mils med encourages the less steady on their feet to travel here, nice people very friendly, jeep safari was the best tour and the acropolis was a dissapointment, it was covered in scaffolding. My wife and I are taking our first cruise aboard the Balmoral next week and we are aged 47 and 50.

We are taking this cruise and our ages are 63 and 66. First cruise on Balmoral, but friends recommended the ship. Have cruised with Fred Olsen previously and always been very satisfied. Age group usually forties to eighties.
